“Student Professional Literacy Improvement Program” Issue 10——Effective communication and active leadership
Fellow students:
In order to help students improve their professional literacy and job search ability, the school specially invites a team of professional wisdom experts to hold the “Shandong University Student Professional Literacy Improvement Program” 10th workshop on the central campus. 2. A brief introduction of the lecturer
Dai Min, volunteer lecturer of professional wisdom, corporate management consultant, professional trainer. Successively served as the director of the wide area channel of the SME and channel management group of Microsoft (China) Co., Ltd., the general manager of Nanjing Branch of China Hewlett-Packard Co., Ltd., and the general manager of the telephone sales department of the global key account and corporate key account department of China Hewlett-Packard Co., Ltd.; Department of Electronic Engineering, School of Aerospace Engineering, Beijing Union University.

Appendix: A brief introduction of the course
1. Effective communication
Course goal: All business challenges are communication challenges in the final analysis.
Communication skills are one of the most important soft skills in the workplace. This module helps students learn basic principles and methods of communication. The goal of the course is to influence others, so the key to communication is to understand other people's perspective through questioning and listening.
course content:
Heart : Communication Goals, Plan Communication
Think: effective listening, basic questioning skills
Discussion: affect others, effectively say "no"
Outcome: arrangements for action, achieve mastery through a comprehensive study of the subject
Course results:
Focus on others' ideas in communication; understand that understanding others is the key to communication; be able to use tools to plan communication; improve listening skills; practice asking questions to gather information; learn to influence others and effectively say "no"
2. Active leadership
Course goal: Leadership is not what you say, but what you do.
Leadership has nothing to do with your position, it is your influence. Organize class gatherings, lead community activities, complete group projects, implement team plans, initiate entrepreneurial projects, etc.. You need leadership as long as you need to influence others. This course focuses on the core concepts of leadership, learning how to serve others to enhance impact, how to look forward with a positive attitude, how to lead others by example, and how to unite teams through mutual respect.
