Chong Shangguan received the B.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in mathematics from Zhejiang University, China, in 2012 and 2017, respectively. From 2017 to 2020. he was a Post-Doctoral Researcher with the Department of Electrical Engineering, Tel Aviv University, Israel. He is currently a Faculty Member with the Research Center for Mathematics and Interdisciplinary Sciences, Shandong University, China. His research interests include Extremal Combinatorics, Algebraic and Probabilistic Methods in Combinatorics, and Coding Theory. He received the 2020 Kirkman Medal from the Institute of Combinatorics and its Applications and the 2021 National Natural Science Fund for Excellent Young Scientists Fund Program (Overseas).
